Reliable power source, reliable operation

value solar powered wind meter + display.'Very Easy to Instal but it Simply doesnt
Work, I already change it because I paid for an extended Waraanty, It only
works when it wants to, I own a 44' CSY, and it loss signal every time, and I
have to recalibrate it every time I turn it On. Buy it If you have a 24' boat,
and if you have a lot of money to throw away!!!'Don't take us wrong, we are not saying this
is true for all solar powered anemometers, obviously not. Waste products occur.
Also, this is not our own experience, furthermore we don't know if this
equipment communicates on WiFi or not.
We, as a designer and manufacturer of a
WiFi based product, simply don't believe in solar supply as a reliable (if
single) source of energy for WiFi based race equipments like NaWiFi. For the
time being! We are open for technical advancements and constantly looking
for solutions that makes our product better. By that time we stay by WiFi,
copper and Hall's effect.
